I spent just under 25 years of my life living in Western NY. There, winters are long and cold. There were certainly weeks where I barely set foot outdoors and that’s not healthy. Here is my push of encouragement for you to get outside! Even if it’s still cold where you live, spend a few minutes outdoors several times throughout the day. I try to take a quick walk each day to clear my mind and spend time in prayer. This has a huge impact on my mood and I bet it will yours too!
